ATG Hybrid strength coaching, breathwork, and recovery — designed for real-life performance.

Train in person at The Space in Grayton Beach and stay supported between sessions through custom programming in TrueCoach. Every membership blends coaching, accountability, and recovery so you can actually follow through.

Weekly Schedule

  • 1:1 Sessions: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
     
  • Guided Open Gym: Tuesday & Thursday, 7:00–10:00 AM
     

What is ATG?

ATG (Athletic Truth Group) is a strength system designed to bulletproof the body from the ground up.
It focuses on:

  • Strength through length (full-range mobility training)
  • Regression → progression so every movement fits your level
  • Knee, shoulder, hip, and spine joint resilience
  • Real-world athleticism, balance, and movement confidence
     

ATG helps reduce pain, restore function, and build a foundation of strength that carries into everyday life, sports, and injury recovery.

Every Membership Includes:

  • Initial assessment (movement, breath, posture, joint range)  
  • Comprehensive body scan technology baseline  
  • Custom training program inside TrueCoach 
  • Weekly program updates based on your progress  
  • Habit tracking & recovery guidance  
  • HRV + sleep + strain review for wearable users  
  • Access to Guided Open Gym (Tues/Thurs, 7–10 AM)

How It Works

1. Intro Call / Session
We identify goals, injuries, schedule needs, and lifestyle.

2. Baseline Assessment + Body Scan
Movement, breath mechanics, posture, body composition, HRV trends.

3. Choose a Membership Tier
Frequency based on your goals and schedule.

4. Train, Track, Adapt
In-person + app-based coaching with real-time adjustments.

Unlimited Guided Open Gym

For independent movers who want structure without weekly private training.

What you get:

  • Unlimited access to Guided Open Gym (Tues/Thurs, 7–10 AM) 
  • Personalized training program in TrueCoach
  • Monthly check-in (20–30 minutes) to adjust your plan
  • Wearable metric review (WHOOP, Garmin, Oura, Apple Watch)
  • Body Scan Technology for baseline measurements (quarterly)

1:1 Coaching – 1x Per Week

Stay aligned, stay accountable, and keep progressing.

What you get:

  • 4 private sessions per month (60 minutes each)
  • Personalized program in TrueCoach to follow between sessions
  • Guided Open Gym access (Tues/Thurs)
  • Ongoing habit and lifestyle support through the app
  • Monthly Body Scan Technology analysis

1:1 Coaching – 2x Per Week

Strong structure and progress without overloading your schedule.

What you get:

  • 8 private sessions per month (60 minutes each)
  • Weekly program updates in TrueCoach
  • Bi-weekly form/video review & technique coaching
  • Monthly recovery session (sauna/cold) when available
  • Guided Open Gym access (Tues/Thurs)
  • Monthly Body Scan Technology review
     

1:1 Coaching – 3x Per Week

High-accountability, high-touch coaching for full transformation.

  • 12 private sessions per month (60 minutes each)
  • Weekly breathwork integration (CO2 tolerance + down-regulation)
  • Monthly recovery session (sauna + cold exposure)
