Total Body Resilience Training

Rebuild your strength and mobility from the ground up.
These total-body training sessions are designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay injury-free by restoring balance between demand and ability.

Each class combines functional strength, mobility, and breath-driven control — blending ATG principles with modern movement science. You’ll learn how to train joints through full range of motion, activate underused muscle chains, and build real resilience that carries over to daily life, sport, and surf.

Classes are suitable for all levels — from those rebuilding after setbacks to athletes looking to enhance durability and performance. Expect intentional coaching, progress tracking, and an emphasis on form, not just force.
